If you need a new password, just follow these three steps:
1. Head to https://www.clearscore.co.za/account/reset
2. Enter your email address
3. Click 'Reset', and we’ll send you an email that will help you to set up a new password.
Sometimes the emails end up in ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folders, so look there in case you can’t see it.
If you're having trouble resetting your password, try this process using a different device or web browser, such as Google Chrome.

If your login details are entered incorrectly too many times, our system will temporarily lock you out for 2 hours, so you'll need to wait for this time to pass before trying to log in again.
If you still keep getting your password wrong after this, your account will be locked for security reasons and you'll need to contact us to unlock it for you.
