I don't recognise an enquiry on my credit report If you don’t recognise an enquiry on your report, it could be because other smaller lenders are sometimes owned by larger organisations and are labelled this way on your credit report. The best way to see whether an enquiry should be on your report is to contact the lender directly to see why it’s showing up. Alternatively, you can ask Experian to look into this for you. You contact Experian directly at 0117993403 or you can send them an email at firstname.lastname@example.org It can take up to 20 days for Experian to investigate a dispute, however it is usually resolved in a much shorter time. Experian will contact you directly once they have a resolution. Was this article helpful? 110 out of 149 found this helpful Have more questions?
