Go to the ‘Personal’ tab of your report, and scroll down to ‘Public information’. Here, you should be able to see any judgments, sequestrations or administration orders that have been added to your credit report.
If you believe there’s incorrect information on your credit report, you'll need to raise this as a dispute with Experian (our data provider).
When raising a dispute with Experian, please make sure that you:
- Raise the dispute with the email registered to your ClearScore account.
- Outline the full details of your query.
- Provide your ID number.
- Attach any supporting documents.
Please be aware that Experian can take up to 20 business days to come to a resolution, though the process is usually much faster than that.
