Please note that we receive your report information (including upcoming changes) from Experian, our partner credit reference agency. This means we don’t have the power to alter the information on your credit report.
Your ‘Report’ tab will show any changes to your information as soon as we receive them from Experian, under ‘Changes’. These will be reflected in your ClearScore report when it is next updated, which happens once a month.
If you think there is any incorrect or missing information from your report, you can raise a dispute with Experian and they will look into this for you.
