When you sign up for ClearScore, we will occasionally need to ask you for a copy of your ID. This is a security measure on our part to ensure we are giving you, and only you, access to your data.
You will be asked to send this through our troubleshooter by selecting 'Submit Documentation' and following the steps here.
Any files you attach on help.clearscore.co.za are uploaded using HTTPS and therefore encrypted with SSL/TLS during transit.
We may ask you to send us a copy of one of the following:
- ID card / book
- Drivers Licence
- Photo page of your passport
Your full name and date of birth must be clearly visible on these documents.
Please note your ID document needs to be sent from the same email address you used to sign up with ClearScore.
If you don't have a scanner, you can take a clear photograph of your ID and send it through that way.
