When you sign up for ClearScore, we'll occasionally need to ask you for a copy of your ID. This is a security measure to ensure we are giving you, and only you, access to your data.
You'll be asked to send this through our Troubleshooter by selecting 'Submit Documentation' and following the steps.
Any documents you attach on help.clearscore.co.za are uploaded using HTTPS and therefore encrypted with SSL/TLS during transit.
You'll need to provide us with a copy of one of the following:
- Your ID card / book
- Your Drivers Licence
- Your photo page of your passport.
Your full name and date of birth must be clearly visible on these documents.
Please note, your ID document needs to be sent from the same email address you used to sign up with ClearScore.
You can send us either a scan or a clear photograph of your ID.
