We work with Experian to create your credit report and check your identity. We also use Persona to verify your identity documents.
How to register smoothly:
1. Check your details - make sure your name matches your ID and bank accounts, and double-check your date of birth and national ID number
2. New to credit? You might not have a report if you haven't borrowed before. You can still see how lenders view you in Credit Health and keep an eye on your details with ClearScore Protect.
3. Old credit history - your credit history only shows the last 6 years

1. Try again - if you have a credit history but can't see your report, delete your account in 'My Account' and create a new one
