Reasons why your account might be locked are as follows.
Password reset
If you enter your incorrect login details too many times, we'll lock you out for 2 hours. You can wait for this time to pass before trying to log in again.
If you need a new password, just follow these three steps:
1. Head to our website
2. Enter your email address
3. Click 'Reset', and we’ll send you an email that will help you to set up a new password.
Sometimes the emails end up in ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folders, so look there in case you can’t see it.

Security lock
It could also be that we've locked your account for other security reasons. Just contact us via our Chat on the right-hand side of this page and we'll look into this for you.
To unlock your account we might ask to see proof of your identity or a document selfie. A document selfie is a photo of you holding your ID next to your face.
