How do I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe from our optional emails at any time by

Going to your 'My Account’ section.
Select ‘Communication’, and toggle off your preferences.

You can also select the 'unsubscribe' button at the end of our emails.

Some emails we send are considered 'core communications'. You'll receive these emails even when you've unsubscribed from all our emails:

An email each month to let you know your new report is ready.
Key company updates/news that affect our Terms and Conditions.
Security updates (e.g. if your account is showing some suspicious activity).
When there's a significant change in your credit score or report.
