- Going to your section.
- Select ‘Communication’, and toggle off your preferences.
Some emails we send are considered 'core communications'. You'll receive these emails even when you've unsubscribed from all our emails:
- An email each month to let you know your new report is ready.
- Key company updates/news that affect our Terms and Conditions.
- Security updates (e.g. if your account is showing some suspicious activity).
- When there's a significant change in your credit score or report.
