To unsubscribe from ClearScore Alerts, change your settings and preferences via your 'My Account' section.
- Go to your 'My Account’ section.
- Select ‘Communication’, and toggle off ‘Weekly report updates’.
As per our Terms and Conditions, some emails we send are considered 'core communications'. You'll receive these emails even when you've unsubscribed from all our emails:
- An email each month to let you know your new report is ready.
- Key company updates/news that affect our Terms and Conditions.
- Security updates (e.g. if your account is showing some suspicious activity).
- When there's a significant change in your credit score or report.
