All the information on your credit report is provided to us by Experian, our partner credit reference agency.
When you register with ClearScore, Experian use the details you’ve entered to locate your credit records.
If Experian are then unable to match you to a credit report, you’ll see a zero for your score on ClearScore.
If you’re quite new to credit and don't have much credit history at the moment (e.g. you’ve never had a credit card or mortgage), Experian will be unable to verify your identity at this time. This means we won’t be able to provide you with a credit report yet.
