How do I raise a dispute?

If you find incorrect information on your credit report, you can go through our Chat located on the right-hand side of this page for more help.

Missing information can't be added by Experian. You would need to contact the data provider - the lender to share the missing information with Experian.
 
If you're raising a dispute with Experian, please make sure that you:
  • Raise the dispute with the email registered to your ClearScore account.
  • Outline the full details of your query.
  • Provide your ID number.
  • Attach any supporting documents.

It can take up to 20 business days for Experian to resolve disputes. During this time, your credit file will have a bureau dispute marker on it. It's likely you won't be accepted for credit until it's resolved.
