I have already paid my debts, why is it still showing on my report?

If you believe your account information is incorrect, firstly, please note that your report is updated once a month, and information can be up to 60 days out of date.
 
If you have paid off an account, settled debt or your payment history hasn’t updated for more than 60 days, you’ll need to raise a dispute with Experian (our partner credit bureau).
 
Before raising a dispute with Experian, you should contact the lenders directly first and request them to send the updated information to Experian. This is usually the best (and quickest) way to get information updated.
 
Once the lenders/creditors have sent the manual amendment request, it will take 5-10 business days for Experian to update their records. The changes will then reflect in your next month's credit report.
