There are severals reasons why the offer you want is no longer showing:
- Update in lending criteria. If the bank or lender has updated their lending criteria and you're no longer eligible, the available offers will change.
- The offer has now expired. We update your offers regularly to show you the latest range of products in the market. By checking your offers regularly, you could see a new product that interests you.
- Change of details. If you've updated your personal details on your ClearScore account (i.e. your name, employment status, income etc.) or some of the information is now out of date. This can impact on the products available to you, since we show you deals based on the information you have provided.
We want to make sure that you’re not applying for products that you’re unlikely to be approved for. This means that if you're no longer eligible for a particular product, we’ll stop showing it to you, or you might see it further down your offers list.
When applying for a product, remember to check that all of the details in your ‘My Account’ section are up to date. Your likelihood of acceptance and the rates you are offered will depend on its accuracy.
