Court judgments and legal notices can be found in the personal details section of your credit report.
In your credit report, scroll to Enquiries and details, then open Personal details. You’ll see any public information that has been added to your credit report there.
If something looks wrong, contact the provider that shared the information with the credit bureau first. If the court or provider can’t help, you can raise a dispute with Experian through our chat on the right-hand side of this page.
