To check your payment history and account details, go to your ‘My Accounts’ section in your report and select the relevant account.
Once you’ve selected the relevant account, you should be able to see the:
- Account name and number (the number is encrypted for security purposes)
- Current balance and credit limit (if it’s a credit card)
- Current balance and opening balance (if it’s a loan or mortgage)
- Current balance (if it’s a current account, telecoms or utilities account)
- Date the account was opened and last updated
- Frequency of the account (i.e. monthly)
- Payment history (on time, missed or if there’s no data)
