We get all your credit report and score data from Experian (our data provider), and in turn, they receive your data from banks and lenders.
When you apply for credit, you give your phone number and address to the lender, and Experian keeps these details to be reflected on your credit report.
If you need to change any of these details, you’ll need to first contact your banks and lenders to update your information.
Once you’ve done this, it can take up to 60 days for this information to be updated on your ClearScore report.
If after 60 days your information hasn't been updated, you can raise a dispute with Experian by going through our Chat located on the right-hand side of this page.
