How can I make a complaint?

What happens next?
We’ll try to reply within 24-48 hours with a full explanation of your case. However, sometimes we may need extra time to investigate, but we’ll let you know if this is the case.
If we can’t resolve your complaint within 3 working days, we then have 30 days from this date to resolve it.
What if you’re unhappy with our response?
If you’re unhappy with our resolution and it’s been more than 30 days, then you have the right to lodge a complaint with the NCR (National Credit Regulator) or the Credit Ombuds, we've included their details below.
