My employer information is incorrect or missing

All the information on your credit report is provided to us by Experian, our partner credit bureau in South Africa.

Missing employer information
Experian can remove incorrect personal information from your report but they can't add new information.

When you apply for credit and input these details on the application, these details will get passed onto Experian from your provider.

Incorrect employer information

If your employer information is incorrect, then you should let Experian know about this and they should be able to amend your file for you.
