If there’s information on your report that you don’t recognise, it’s best you contact the bank/lender involved to see why this information is showing on your report.
If this is a mistake on the bank/lender’s part, they will need to amend their records and update this information with Experian (our data provider).
It can take up to 60 days for the updated information to reflect on your credit report.
