Incorrect Information
If you’ve changed your address, telephone number and employment details, you’ll need to contact all your banks and lenders first to update this information.
It can take up to 60 days for your information to be updated by Experian (our data provider), and reflected on your ClearScore report.
If after 60 days your details haven't been updated, you can raise a dispute with Experian by going through our Chat located on the right-hand side of this page.
Missing information
Experian cannot add information to your report. You’ll need to contact your bank or lender to see if they're sharing your data with Experian.
